Shipping & Returns

Customers purchasing multiple items will be charged reduced shipping rates and be notified by e-mail of the corrected shipping costs. All in stock orders placed through our online shop will be shipped via FedEX ground within 48 hours of your order being recieved. Rage Cycles strives to accuratley reflect the in stock status of all items, however, if the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail. Fedex ground service delivery times range from 3-7 business days in the continental US. You will be e-mailed with a tracking number which can be viewed at www.fedex.com.All international orders will be billed accordingly and you will be notified of these charges before shipment for your approval. Rage Cycles will not be responsible for local tariff and custom duty charges. Some oversize items( such as a Dyno Roadster) will be shipped by freight. Rage cyles will contact you with the exact charges.Choice of freight company will be determined by your shipping address.

Some small items (sticker packs etc.) will be mailed through the US Postal service.

If an item shows up to you in a badly damaged box, please refuse delivery and notify us and Fedex immediately.

Return Policy: We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. If an item you purchase from rage cycles does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging. For any item purchased through our Online Shop please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail

1. Contact Rage Cycles at (480) 968-8116 or e-mail us at Returns@ragecycles.com to obtain a return authorization number. Rage Cycles will not accept any returns without this number.
2. Complete the section of your invoice titled Exchange/Return form. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item.
3. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
4. On the outside of the box write the return authorization number.
5. After recieving the item in its unused condition and with original packing, We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.

Special & Custom Order Items:

1.If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.
2.You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately.
