all city nature boy

All-city_Natureboy-PINP-thumbThe Nature Boy is the single speed cross racing monster from All-City.  It was named after a Minnesota professional wrestling legend and carries all of the AC hallmarks that you’ve come to love: straight blade fork, classic paint, custom dropouts, and signature headbadge.  It was designed primarily as a race rig, but since we knew that many of you out there would be using this thing for every day life, we built in additional features to make it more versatile.

You’ll find hidden fender mounts, two sets of bottle bosses (reinforced of course), removeable canti studs, fat tire clearance, and a steel fork that is easily swapped for a carbon model should you want to lighten up for race season.

Race the crap out of it, ride singletrack, gravel, or commute until your heart’s content.

Every now and again we come across a unknown jewel in the rough! This is how the rage crew felt when we found the Linus booth at Interbike.

With its simple styling and solid parts kit this bike makes a great around town bike, something that works out very well here in arizona.

Ride it on the green belt, the streets, or the canals and enjoy the simple straight forward classic bike.

There are a few different versions which include a simple single speed coaster brake bike to a 3 speed hand brake version, in both mens and womans.

Check out their website www.linusbike.com or swing by the shop and see then in person.

Focale 44’s have landed!

Bikes 028Bikes 029Bikes 030Bikes 031
We have been waiting for these sweet rides for a couple months! And once we got them built the wait was clearly completely worth it! These classy bikes have some very cool features you don’t see everyday. Starting at the front is the totally cool and rad looking stem/handle bar combo, its all ONE solid piece! Next we get to the very cool headtube badge which is embossed into the frame. That brings us to the frame which is a solid 4130 chromoly tube set. Matte color paint schemes with no stickers leaves the two bikes with a sleek simplistic look! Then we come to the seat/pedals which have come from the bmx world, both plastic and both very cool! Round out the bike with a solid build kit including things like a sealed bearing wheel set and forged cranks. There are two models in the line up. The black bike is appropriately named Noble which is priced at 799. The Green bike which is named Relax is priced at 749. Swing by the shop and check these guys out for your self! We think you will be impressed!

Phoenix zoo’s new whip!!

Last Wednesday, Peter and his handy assistant, Marnie, rode over to the Phoenix Zoo to drop off a new Kona Ute. Dan S. says that the new bike will be used by various keepers instead of the carts that they might normally use. ” It’s not only a more efficient vehicle, but it will also present a more green image to the public”. If there’s a place in Phoenix that’s more green than the zoo is already, I don’t know what that is…..We hope it’s the first of many Ute’s that they’ll be getting. You also might be surprised to know that the Phoenix Zoo is one of the few that allow you to ride bicycles inside the zoo grounds! I’ve been to many zoos and ours is one of my favorites. From Ralph and Mary, the 120+ year old Galapagos tortoises, to the monkey island…. Our local zoo is truly a treasure!

Traitor PBR fixie

Last one in stock now!!!!!!!

LAS VEGAS – Two of the key interests of urban bikers come together in this limited edition bike from Traitor Cycles: beer and a fixed-gear drive train.

Traitor’s Pabst Blue Ribbon bike is available in a limited-edition bike run of 75. Each bike costs about $1,200, and will not be repeated when sold out, vowed Traitor’s proprietor, Kevin Menard.

“When they’re gone, they’re gone,” he said.

Traitor Cycles is a small manufacturer based in Ferndale, a small college town north of Seattle that’s full of bikers and outdoor enthusiasts. But Traitor doesn’t make bikes for nature freaks.

It specializes in steel bikes for urban riders: fixed gear and single-speed bikes, commuters and messenger bikes.

“We’re not doing stuff guys in spandex would want to ride,” Menard said.

At Interbike, in addition to the Pabst bike, Traitor is showing an attractive commuter bike that mixes old bike tech with new. The 9-speed commuter has modern disk brakes for maximum stopping power, but its single derailleur (there’s no front derailleur) is shifted with an old-school, bar-end shifter.

“It’s a look and feel kind of thing,” Manard said.
